- General Information Regarding Examinations
a. Midterm examinations shall, in principle, be conducted in person. Exams must be held during the scheduled class time, and instructors are required to notify students in advance of all relevant exam details.
b. In accordance with Article 8 of the Student Evaluation Regulations, instructors must inform students individually of their evaluation results within 10 days after the midterm examinations. In addition, students with low academic achievement should receive individual academic counseling.
- Assignment of Proctors
a. If necessary, each department may assign proctors independently.
b. For instructors teaching general education courses, if additional proctors are required or if there are special circumstances regarding classroom usage, please contact the Academic Affairs Support Team for administrative assistance.
- Guidelines for Examination Supervision
a. Measures and precautions regarding academic misconduct must be announced before distributing exam papers.
b. To prevent impersonation, student identification (e.g., student ID cards) must be thoroughly checked.
c. In cases of academic misconduct, supporting evidence must be submitted to the Student Support Team, and disciplinary action should be requested.
