This photo shows the actual condition of a dormitory room after a Vietnamese student moved out.
A large amount of trash and personal belongings was left behind. The beds and furniture were damaged and moved without authorization, and serious contamination and damage were also found on the floor and other facilities.
A dormitory is not a private space for one individual but a shared facility used by many students. Before moving out, all students must remove their personal belongings and trash and restore the room and furniture to their original condition at the time of move-in.
In accordance with dormitory regulations, the Vietnamese student responsible will be charged for waste disposal, cleaning, and facility restoration. Additional disciplinary measures may be taken depending on the extent of the damage.
All dormitory residents are expected to observe the basic rules of communal living, use the facilities responsibly, and show consideration for the next occupants. Move-out inspections will be conducted more thoroughly in the future.
